PROBLEM
Platform cameras streamed to dozens of screens at the security centre; one operator could genuinely watch only a few at once. An unattended bag was usually noticed when a passenger reported it.
APPROACH
We added person and object tracking to the existing cameras. The model watches a bag separated from its owner against a time threshold and surfaces it with location and elapsed time once crossed.
RESULTS
Once the abandonment threshold is crossed, a verified alert reaches the operator screen in under a minute.
14 stations run live from one panel, 18 hours a day.
