PROBLEM
The goal was to make money manageable entirely from a smartphone, but the real obstacle was emotional rather than technical. People expect an app they trust with their money to feel unimpeachably safe; cluttered menus and a transaction history buried deep eroded that trust and slowed adoption.
APPROACH
We rebuilt the wallet experience around transparency and trust. Current balance and recent activity sit on the home screen; QR payment holds the centre of the navigation, and wallet-to-wallet transfer is two taps away.
RESULTS
Wallet-to-wallet transfers complete in seconds, without interruption.
QR payment removes the need for a card or cash at the till in a single tap.
Sending, receiving and spending sit together on one screen with live transparency.
