From discovery to live, same team

Financial InstitutionFINANCE · CONSULTING · END-TO-END DELIVERY
PROBLEM

Off-the-shelf products did not cover the institution's regulated processes: approval chains, audit trails and reporting obligations did not fit ready-made templates, and the institution was being forced to bend its own process to the product.

APPROACH

In discovery workshops we mapped the processes step by step; that map decided what would come off the shelf and what would be written for the institution. Development ran in three-week sprints: working software at the end of every sprint, with audit trails and approval flows part of the architecture from day one. The same team stayed on-site through go-live, and the work continues as post-launch continuous improvement.

RESULTS
First discovery session takes 2 hours, sprints run 3 weeks.
Working output every sprint, blockers typically resolved within the day.
The tailored solution went live covering the regulatory processes off-the-shelf products could not; the work continues as a long-term partnership.
